If you are like me you probably need to make many small easy changes and one or two large changes. When my weight hit 315 lbs due to medical issues I knew I had to lose weight. I have a list a mile long of smaller things I need to do or change. This list starts with my health and expands from there. My health is a list of changes in its self. Let me start with some health things that I need to do just to get my list going. I’m calling this list my “Total Life Change To A Healthy Body And Mind”.  The list includes things I need to do to get my body back into better health and shape. We will cover the mind later and call it the “Total Life Change For A Healthy Mind”.

I feel that a healthy body is the place to start. At the top of this list is healthy eating and exercise. For you it may be diet and exercise or losing weight and some type of physical activity like walking. Whatever it is, it’s the start of your list. Give your list a name, in addition add titles and sub list under that, however you do it just start a list of some sort. If you cannot think of anything then just copy what I am doing. I am starting off and calling my list what I have below along with the items listed. I will be expanding on everything on this list from there.
